Playtest Report - Tariff

Tariff plays pretty much exactly the way I wanted it to. It was designed as a combination of Harvest and Tribute, and performs that duty pretty much to a tee. In an engine, you can almost count on it giving at least +1 action along with up to +3 other things.

I picked a random kingdom that included Tariff, and I rather liked it:

It has a lot of interesting card interactions; I think City was probably the only card that I didn't end up using in my test games, as there isn't really enough time to empty a stack to make them worthwhile. Platinum and Colony are optional, though I think I preferred the board without them (though maybe that's when I should have gone for City!).
